From July 6 to 13, 2026, the Department of Samhita Siddhanta and Sanskrit of Yenepoya Ayurveda Medical College and Hospital in Konaje hosted the Indriya Arogya Sapthaha – Ayurgrama 3.0 program. This initiative aimed to educate the public about protecting sensory health and adopting a healthy lifestyle through Ayurveda. The week-long program featured a range of activities, including expert lectures, health awareness programs, and exhibitions. Participants learned about Dinacharya, Ritucharya, Yoga, and Pranayama, as well as medicine preparation and Dravya Parichaya. The program also included public health awareness campaigns and competitions for students. At the valedictory function on July 13, Prof. Kishore Patwardhan, a professor from Banaras Hindu University, emphasized the importance of incorporating Ayurvedic principles into daily life. Dr. K. Kiran, Associate Professor at Alva’s Ayurveda Medical College, delivered the guest of honor address. The program was led by Dr. Divyarani, with support from faculty members and staff, including Dr. Gururaj H., Principal and Dean of Yenepoya Ayurveda Medical College, and Vice Principal Dr. Shubhada V. I.
