On July 14, the Department of Women and Child Development, Mangaluru, invited applications for vacant Anganwadi worker and helper positions in Mangaluru city and rural areas. The Integrated Child Development Services, Mangaluru, is seeking qualified female candidates to fill 7 Anganwadi worker and 32 Anganwadi helper positions in urban areas, and 4 Anganwadi worker and 39 Anganwadi helper positions in rural areas. Additionally, the department is filling 14 helper positions in Mangaluru taluk, 3 helper positions in Mulki taluk, 4 helper positions in Moodabidri taluk, and 4 worker and 18 helper positions in Ullal taluk. Interested candidates can submit their applications online by August 10 to the Integrated Child Development Services, Mangaluru city/rural office.
To be eligible for Anganwadi worker and helper positions, candidates must be between 19 and 35 years old, with a relaxation of 10 years for candidates with disabilities. They must also have a minimum qualification of PU for Anganwadi workers and SSLC or equivalent for Anganwadi helpers. Candidates must be residents of the respective areas and provide proof of residency. The selection process will prioritize widows, followed by other eligible candidates.
