On June 11, Udupi District Collector Swaroop T.K. announced that the distribution of enumeration forms to voters in the Special Short Revision of Voter Lists (SIR-2026) process had reached its final stage, with 98.9297% of forms distributed by 4 pm. In the district, a total of 10,63,876 enumeration forms were scheduled for distribution, with 10,52,490 forms already delivered to voters through door-to-door visits by Booth Level Officers (BLOs). The Collector reported that 1,21,527 census forms, representing 11.42% of those completed, had been digitized. During house visits, BLOs found that 807 voters had passed away in the district, with 291 deaths in Bindur, 163 in Udupi, 131 in Kundapur, 128 in Kapam, and 94 in Karkala. Additionally, 531 voters had been permanently transferred, while 179 voters had self-enrolled in the district. The District Collector urged voters to review the details in the delivered forms, fill in the information correctly, and return the completed forms to their area BLOs. For assistance, voters can visit the Voter Facilitation Center or BLO Facilitation Centers at their polling stations, where staff will provide guidance on filling out the forms.

According to the statement, the achievement of the SIR process in the district as of June 11 includes the distribution of forms to total voters in the assembly constituency: Byndur (2,41,863), Kundapur (2,12,473), Udupi (2,21,680), Kapu (1,94,718), and Karkala (1,93,142). The total number of forms distributed in the district is 10,52,490, out of 10,63,876 scheduled for distribution.
