South Western Railway: Route change of many trains on July 9-10: Know details

The South Western Railway has informed that the work on the double line between Nandre-Sangli stations is underway and the routes of many trains have been changed and the Central Zone has instructed to control the route.

Many trains departing from Bangalore, Mysore on July 9-10 will be affected. Some trains will be controlled midway, the Railway Department said.

Train number 16506 KSR Bangalore-Gandhidham Express departing from KSR Bangalore station on 8th July will be controlled for 1.40 hrs in Central Railway zone.

 

Train No. 12779 Vasco-da-Gama – Hazrat Nizamuddin Express leaving Vasco-da-Gama station on July 10 will be controlled for 45 minutes within the railway zone.

Rerouting of these trains

Train number 17318 Dadar – SSS Hubli Express leaving Dadar station on July 9 will run through Daund, Kurdawadi and Meeraj stations and will not stop at Karad and Sangli stations.

Train No. 17317 SSS Hubballi – Dadar Express leaving Hubballi station on July 9 will run through Meeraj, Kurdawadi and Daund stations and will not stop at Sangli and Karad stations.

Train No. 16534 KSR Bangalore-Jodhpur Express departing from Ajmer station on July 9 will run through Mirage, Kurdawadi and Daund stations. There will be no halt at Sangli and Satara stations.

Train No. 11006 Puducherry-Dadar Express leaving Puducherry station on July 9 will run through Mirage, Kurdawadi and Daund stations. There will be no halt at Sangli and Satara stations.

Train number 12780 Hazrat Nizamuddin – Vasco da Gama Goa Express starting from Delhi Hazrat Nizamuddin station on 9th July will run from Daund, Kurdawadi and Miraj stations and will not stop at Satara, Karad and Sangli stations.
