The Covid-19 Positive Rate in Dakshina Kannada has decreased.

MANGALURU: The number of daily Covid-19 cases, as well as the positive rate, has decreased in Dakshina Kannada. The district logged 339 Covid-19 instances on Wednesday, with a positive rate of 3.89 percent. Meanwhile, 64 new Covid-19 cases have been recorded within the Mangaluru City Corporation limits. There are 4,662 current cases in the district. However, with 15 deaths, it is the state’s highest. the total death toll touched 1,195.

Udupi District

Udupi district recorded 149 Covid-19 cases on Wednesday. However, no fatalities were reported in the district. Of the 149 cases reported, 134 people are in home isolation. The district has 940 active Covid-19 cases, and three active mucormycosis cases.
